Elaborately decorated Japanese stone lantern "Ubud" brings an Asian feeling to your garden
These lanterns are a masterpiece of craftsmanship. Carefully carved out of blocks of lava stone by the stonemason.
Production and material:
Grey lava stone (andesite) is a volcanic stone with a grayish appearance and slightly larger pores that lead to a rougher surface. Inclusions of other types of stone may occur. The parts are hand carved from stone blocks.
Our lanterns are produced on Java from small workshops.
Andesite is tough and absolutely frost-resistant.
This lantern consists of 4 parts which fits firm on top of each other due to cut-outs and pins in the material.
The Lantern is not for illumitation intended.
